Anti-Stress Program The Zen Project

Are you feeling burned out? Stressed or out of balance?

I created The Zen Project | Anti-Stress as an answer to the challenges we face daily. Each session is crafted to help you reduce stress, reconnect with your body, and find balance.

It is a combination of classes that integrate breathwork, meditation, yoga nidra, and gentle yoga in order to create a holistic approach to well-being. Read more below:

What The Zen Project | Anti- Stress Offers:

  • Two Anti-Stress Sessions Weekly
    Enjoy two online sessions each week designed to help you reduce stress and improve overall well-being.

  • Session Format
    Each session includes 40 minutes of practice, followed by a 15-minute discussion where you can deepen your understanding, learn new techniques, and share your experiences if you wish.

  • Diverse Class Content
    Experience a rotating mix of anti-stress classes, including:

    • Breathwork & Meditation

    • Gentle Flow

    • Mindfulness Meditation

    • Yoga Nidra

  • Bonus Yoga Class
    As a Zen Project member, you can also join the Tuesday Yoga Flow I-II class live online (available until March 31). Please note, this offer is only valid for live attendance and does not include recordings.

  • Recorded Session Access
    Missed a session? No problem! You’ll have 24-hour recorded access to each class, allowing you to practice at a time that works best for you.

  • Flexible Scheduling
    Book or cancel your classes up to 24 hours before the first session of the week.

  • Convenient Online Access
    Participate from the comfort and safety of your home, making it easy to integrate mindfulness and wellness into your daily life.
