I created The Zen Project | Anti-Stress as an answer to the challenges we face daily. Each session is crafted to help you reduce stress, reconnect with your body, and find balance.
It is a combination of classes that integrate breathwork, meditation, yoga nidra, and gentle yoga in order to create a holistic approach to well-being. Read more below:

Two Anti-Stress Sessions Weekly
Enjoy two online sessions each week designed to help you reduce stress and improve overall well-being.Session Format
Each session includes 40 minutes of practice, followed by a 15-minute discussion where you can deepen your understanding, learn new techniques, and share your experiences if you wish.Diverse Class Content
